Brookthorpe Presented by Paul Butler.
East coast of Lincolnshire resort town.intensive summer holiday traffic plus timetabled passenger services.also retains daily freight workings to several locations plus steel imports via the docks.
Glenellen Presented by David Harrison.
A scenic layout situated in a Scottish moorland setting, a mile from the nearest town. A ruined kirk (church) stands on a headland where a Burger Van supplies walkers with drinks and a place to relax At times, vehicles can be seen running along the road in the background.
Leigh St George Presented by Leigh Thompson.
Leigh St George is a fictional market town, somewhere in the midlands. Set between 1990 & 1996, the station comprise of two platforms and a small station building. A TMD depot and fuelling point is situated to the south of the layout operated by BR Railfreight. Royal Mail occupies the former British Rail goods siding and platform for their mail & parcels trains. A stabling point is situated to the west of the layout for resting engines and a type 15 signal box is situated to the east of the layout, which was saved from demolition by the local railway enthusiasts club. At the back of the station is a row of houses, known locally as “Railway Terrace” and contains a fish & chip shop called “The Cod father” and a pub called the “Lamb and Flag”.
Meden Vale Presented by Derek Gelsthorpe.
Scenery is mostly by woodland scenic or homemade scatters such as soil sand and tea leaf. The back scenery is one photograph taken at Meden vale printed on A4 paper and flipped so it looks continuous. Various items of rolling stock are used from modern to earlier periods and from various locations, whatever takes my fancy on the day.
Rolleston Jct Presented by Bingham MRC
Rolleston Junction was a busy intersection on the old Midland line between Nottingham and Newark, with the line from Mansfield and the North Notts Coalfield. It is modelled in the late 40s and 50s and depicts the buildings and scenery of that time, running freight and passenger trains.

Built using standard boxfiles. It is set around the grain silos that I remember seeing
around Lincolnshire. It is freelance not set in any particular period or company.

Liljeholmen Presented by Nick Quinn.
Liljeholmen (‘Lily Islet’) is an old industrial a
rea of Stockholm which is experiencing
urban regeneration. Much of the rail served industry has gone but the terminal on
the quayside remains to tranship cement from lake boats to rail and road for onward
delivery.
Shunting is carried out by Green Cargo and private freight operators, as well as the cement terminal, a nearby Banverket depot receives permanent way trains. Liljeholmen is set on an overcast autumn day, sometime in the early 21st century.

Burch Green Presented by Bingham MRC.
This layout is a simple shunting puzzle with a fiddle yard at the right hand end and a series of sidings at the left. Above the right hand end are houses and allotments, while the left hand end is industrial. Look out for TV and film characters around the layout can you find John Steed and Emma Peel, Hercule Poirot and Fred Dibnah?

A small layout depicting part of a fictitious station in the Glasgow suburbs during
the “BR Blue” era. Traffic consists of suburban DMUs and other local passenger trains,
plus freight and light engine movements. Track is Peco Code 75. Points are manually
operated by under-
The Hot Track Presented by Kevin Williamson.
The four mile long, two track railway known as “The Hot Metal Track” opened in 1979
to transport molten iron from the new Redcar Blast Furnace on Teesside directly to
the BOC plant at the Lackenby Steelworks to become world renowned Teesside st
eel.
The line was substantially constructed for the traffic was heavy and continuous;
each wagon carrying 320 tonnes of molten iron in this around the clock operation.

Splott Presented by Paul Spencer.
Set in the late 1980’s, SPLOTT is a fictional representation of a small yard in Cardiff. The model showcases the variety of freight stock seen in the South Wales area around that time. Most of the buildings have been scratch built and suitably weathered.
